Installation
Q. How will I get my water purifier installed?
A. Once your product is delivered, a Livpure water purifier installation agent from your area will connect with you within 24 hours. He will install the
water purifier post confirming a suitable time to visit your place. Basic plumbing work to install the RO will be done by the service agent. Other
plumbing work will not be covered and will be done as per the requirement with additional costs.
Q. What are the requirements for getting the water purifier installed?
A. The water pressure at your house should be good enough to use for the water purifier. If the pressure is not enough, a pressure pump will be
provided to the customer at an additional cost of BDT. 6000.
Q. What is the TDS Level required for installation of a water purifier?
A. If you have bought a Platino+ Copper Water Purifier, the TDS Levels should be below 2000, while TDS level should be below 1500 for other water
purifiers. If the TDS is higher than this, extra pre-filter will be provided to the customer at an added cost of approximately BDT. 3000.

Q. Can I pay through online banking / Credit – Debit card / Cash on delivery ?
A. You can pay through online banking/credit or debit cards and Mobile Banking. Cash on delivery is not applicable at the moment however you can
