Return of Product with Cause (Defect)
The buyer shall be permitted to return a product with manufacturing defects/ tampered packaging provided the buyer informs about the same within the specified time period by getting in touch with the customer care service team on the e-mail id support@livpurebd.com In case the packaging has been tampered, then it is recommended that the same is not opened and should be returned in the same condition.

Installation of the product is the responsibility of the Company, Livpure Pvt. Ltd
What is the warranty on Water Purifier?
Warranty on product is 12 months from the date of purchase of end user. However all warranty terms and conditions are applicable as mentioned in warranty cards. Warranty Terms in Warranty Card:
- This warranty is applicable for the first purchase and in no case it can be transferred or extended.
- Repair of this product will be carried onsite basis.
- The company or its Authorized “Service Providers” reserves the right to retain any parts of the component/s replaced at its discretion in the event of the defect being noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.
- This warranty on the product entitles the purchaser for free of cost repairs of the unit within warranty period and it does not entitle for replacement or refund of entire unit.
- The Warranty is not valid for the damages resulting due to negligence, mishandling, improper use, tempering, breakage, soaking, fire, liquid damage, colour change and unauthorized repair.
- The warranty is not valid if product is exposed to excessive moisture, temperature. Spillage of food or any other liquid and used with or connected to any accessory not fit for use with the product.
It is mandatory to register product warranty with our centralized call center i.e. 18004199399 to have periodically preventive maintenance and hassle free service.
How can we lodge a complaint?
-Customers shall lodge the complaints at our 12 hrs. X 7 days centralized call center numbers i.e. 01894449070, to have fast response and hassle free service.
What is the policy for damage during transit?
Transit damage should be reported to the nearest service centre or at the centralized call center within 7 days from the date of receipt along with company invoice and product details.
What is the procedure if any accessories are missing?
The Accessory shortage, if any for sealed boxes only should be reported to the nearest service centre or at the centralized call centre within 7 days from the date of receipt along with the invoice / purchase details.
How to claim warranty?
Warranty for all the products is activated within 24 hours from the date of product delivered.
If the customer has a query regarding warranty activation on call/Email or chat we share a warranty link from the website.
Customer needs to open the link and register for the product warranty.
We can also educate the customer to get the link by clicking on “Warranty” option which is at the bottom of our home page.
